Dr. Evans is an internationally respected expert in the area of Dual Diagnosis and Adolescent treatment. She has co-authored three books on the topics of Dual Diagnosis as well as numerous client workbooks and journal articles. Dr. Evans presents workshops, lectures and offers consultation both nationally and internationally on a variety of addiction and mental health topics. Dr. Evans has been the program director of several adolescent treatment programs as well as adult dual diagnosis care. Dr. Evans has been a clinician working in the field of Dual Diagnosis since 1983. She has been a consultant to CSAT for 12 years. She is adjunct faculty member of Portland State University. All of her training's are preapproved by NAADAC
